When your booking is confirmed you will be told about the keys and where to collect them from. They will be in a key safe outside the home of a committee member and you will have been told the combination in use for you booking.
You will find a key to the car park gate, one to the main door and any others relevant to your booking, and a key fob to clear and to set the alarm.
When you leave, unless there is another group in the hall please set the alarm and lock the main door along with any others you may have unlocked. If the premises are then empty and there are no cars in the car park (remember that the Scout hut is to the rear of the hall and there may be people and cars there) then please lock the gate. Our heating oil is not insured if all the premises are empty and the gate is unlocked.
